Cactus Basic
This is the entry-level tier providing essential stone maintenance services.
Services Included:
- Deep Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of stone surfaces to remove built-up dirt, grime, and residue.
- Sealing: Application of a high-quality sealant to protect the stone from stains, moisture, and wear.
- Routine Care: Scheduled maintenance of your natural stones, including stone-specific cleaning and care.
- Annual Maintenance Inspection: A comprehensive visual inspection to identify any areas of concern, including potential cracks, chips, or other damage for the entirety of your property.
Service Frequency:
- Deep Cleaning: Twice per year
- Sealing: One per year (depending on the stones)
- Routine Maintenance: Annual
Response Time for Service Requests:
- Routine Requests: We will respond to scheduling requests within 2 business days, and services will typically be scheduled within 7-10 business days of the request.
- Priority Scheduling: Cactus Basic members have priority over non-members for service requests, but they have lower priority than Red Rock Premium and Grand Canyon Elite members.
Service Quality Standards:
- Cleaning and sealing will be performed to industry standards, using appropriate tools and products for the specific stone types.
- The annual maintenance inspection results will be provided in a written report with recommendations for future care.
