Services Included:
- All Cactus Basic Services: Deep cleaning, sealing, routine care, and maintenance inspection.
- + Polishing: Annual polishing service to restore the natural shine and luster of the stone.
- + Refinishing: Surface refinishing to correct dullness, scratches, or minor surface damage, restoring the original appearance of the stone.
Service Frequency:
- Deep Cleaning: Up to four times per year (depending on the stones)
- Sealing: Twice per year (only for granite and marble, depending on the stones)
- Polishing and Refinishing: Twice a year
- Routine Maintenance: Annual
Response Time for Service Requests:
- Routine Requests: We will respond to requests for scheduling within 1-2 business days, with services typically scheduled within 5-7 business days.
- Priority Scheduling: Red Rock Premium members receive priority scheduling over Cactus Basic members, with faster response times.
