This premium-tier subscription provides the most comprehensive stone care, including emergency services, grout restoration, and an application of MORE™ Infinity Lifetime Warranty Stone Sealer (Granite and Marble). It also includes a bottle of MORE® Stone & Quartz Cleaner + Protector w/Built-in Antimicrobial Protection and the AZ Care Guide.
Services Included:
- All Red Rock Premium Services: Deep cleaning, sealing, routine care, polishing and refinishing, and maintenance inspection.
- + Sealing (for Quartz and Marble ONLY) using MORE™ Infinity Lifetime Warranty Stone Sealer
- + Grout Restoration: Annual grout restoration for tiled areas, restoring grout lines to their original color and condition.
- Emergency Stone Care: 24/7 emergency stone care services for unexpected damages, such as cracks, chips, spills, or stains.
Service Frequency:
- Deep Cleaning: Up to four times per year (depending on the stones)
- Sealing: Up to three times per year (depending on the surface)
- Polishing and Refinishing: Up to four times a year
- Grout Restoration: Up to four times a year
- Routine Maintenance: Annual
- Emergency Stone Care: Available on demand (within limits, e.g., up to 3 emergency calls per year)
Response Time for Service Requests:
- Routine Requests: We will respond within 1 business day, and services will be scheduled within 3-5 business days.
- Emergency Stone Care: Grand Canyon Elite members will receive a response within 24 hours of their emergency request. Emergency services are available during pre-determined business hours (exact times TBD).
- Priority Scheduling: Grand Canyon Elite members have top priority for all services, including emergency responses and routine maintenance.
Service Quality Standards:
- Emergency stone care will be provided quickly to prevent further damage. However, depending on the nature of the damage, certain repairs may require additional scheduling.
- Grout restoration services will bring grout lines as close as possible to their original condition, depending on the current state of the grout.
